A commissioned ceramic tile panel makes a unique environment; the owners of Khushi's restaurant commissioned this ceramic tile panel to enhance and differentiate their new premises.
At Edinburgh Ceramics studio,
Susan and Douglas Dalgleish
devised this unique design, developed from traditional Indian carpet designs.
The complex patterns were fired onto ceramic wall tiles using Edinburgh Ceramics' digital ceramic tile printing process.
An innovative combination of digital printing and handpainting techniques made this unique tile panel possible, within the agreed budget and timetable. The tile- panel is wall-mounted on a backing board in an otherwise untiled interior.
Tile-panels can be commissioned from Edinburgh Ceramics to be unique and affordable.
